The Most Ravishing New Aston

Aston Martin has just launched their new model the DB11 at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.  The DB11 is the successor to the renowned DB9, and is the first model launched in Aston Martin’s second century plan.  This brand new model can achieve a 0-60 time of just 3.9 seconds, and will also reach a top speed of 200 miles per hour.  The DB11 has a 5.2 liter twin turbo v12 engine, which makes it the first turbocharged series production Aston Martin to date.  Aston Martin calls the DB11 the most significant new model since the introduction of the DB9.  The 2017 Aston Martin DB11 is priced at just over 200,000 USD.

Ferrari’s Breathtaking 488 GTB

The Ferrari 488 GTB is the first Ferrari since the 1970’s to use  Turbochargers in an entry level engine.  Being the successor to the famed 458 Italia, it will have big shoes to fill.  It is assembled in Maranello, Italy and was designed by Ferrari’s Senior Vice President of Design Flavio Manzoni.  The 488 is powered by a 3.9 litre twin turbo charged v8, its display might be smaller but is higher in output than the naturally pursued engine it succeeded.  The 488’s increased size of the diffuser over the previous 458 requires the twin exhaust of the 488 to be positioned overhead the rear bumper for clearance.  Its body is designed to increase down force by 50% over the 458’s whilst reducing aerodynamic drag.  The 488 is without a doubt Ferrari’s most breath taking production vehicle to date.

De Basto Design Onyx 41 Open for Hodgdon Yachts

The United States showcased their advanced composite technology with a 41 footer that takes the day-boat concept to the next level.  Miami based Luiz De Basto’s Onyx design for builder Hodgdon Yachts combines touches of the US commuter style with the latest trends, like sports cruiser’s and limo tenders.  The yacht features hybrid propulsion, self deploying fenders, touchscreen controls, and LED strip lighting.  Below deck is like that of a Super Yacht with high-end AV equipment and weather resistant fabrics from Loro Piana.  Priced at 2.8M USD.  For more information visit the links below.

Bugatti leads the pack at the Geneva Motor Show

Bugatti displayed their newest offering the Chiron at the Geneva Motor show on Monday.  This new high performance hyper car will have over 1,500 horse power to work with.  The top speed is yet to be announced, but will be electronically limited to 261 miles per hour for road use.  With a not to sixty time in under 2.5 seconds, featuring a diamond encrusted sound system to sooth your ears.   The Chirons base price is 2.6M USD, there will only be 500 of the first Chiron series available and already a third of them have been sold.
